Ewelina is the founder and CEO of AI Safety Holdings, a PE Fund focused on investment and M&A at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and cybersecurity. The mission of the company is to improve the healthcare system and acquire assets based on her previous experience in tech companies, and management experience.

While running Lonsley (her machine learning and decision intelligence startup), she gained valuable experience in the business of artificial intelligence.

Ewelina’s background in team management, marketing and public relations has led her to cooperate with major companies, Venture Capital Firms, and media outlets like Codewise, Onet.pl, Interia, Gazeta Wyborcza, Polish Press Agency, Polish Radio, TVN, RMF FM, Bloomberg, Startup Poland, the Polish Marshal’s Office, U.S. Consulate General in Krakow, Speed Up Group, Innovation Nest, and many others. Ewelina created and scaled International Tech Leaders, a mentoring program for women who want to develop their career paths or start a career in tech. She is also the author of Machine Learning Revolutionizing Medicine.

As an international speaker, she has shared her knowledge at conferences in Israel, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland and other countries. In 2021, Ewelina was nominated for inclusion in The Strong Women in IT 2021 Global Edition and was also selected by the United States Department of State to take part in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The IVLP is an exclusive group and the participants are hand selected based on their contributions and leadership. Ewelina is also a trusted advisor with Astia, a global investment organization that is leveling the playing field for female founders. Ewelina has been featured in Forbes Magazine, and recently was nominated to the Top 100 Women in AI.

Mark Garver
GP Senior Partner - Investments, M&A and Co-Founder

Mark has over 30 years in leadership roles in global Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller companies, including startups. Mark has extensive expertise in developing and executing corporate strategy in all sizes of company, in guiding startup companies to measurable market success. Mark has been responsible for several disruptive technologies as covered by IDC, Gartner and Forrester Research thereby creating new markets. Mark has played a significant role in several mergers and acquisitions ranging in size from a few million to $21B in value, and over $40B in total.

Throughout his career Mark has delivered significant value to shareholders and investors in terms of return on investment and stock value. Mark has decades of experience in financial management, corporate stewardship, strategy and operations.

Mark has been invited to consult number of global companies involved in finance and energy. Mark is a member of the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).

Mark is an active member of the Houston Business Journal Leadership Trust, a national group of industry leaders and is active in Texas STEM programs for middle and high school students. Mark studied Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT - Sloan.

Richard Nordstrom

Richard formulates and executes strategies that deliver multimillion-dollar revenue and margin growth, strengthen brand position, and drive best practices in complex global operations. He is an engaging and inspirational leader who instills vision for growth and innovation, who builds high-performing teams, and who develops Board and executive-level relationships founded in respect, learning agility and transparency. Richard brings extensive M&A experience to AI Safety Holdings.

Richard started his career at Merrill Dow Pharmaceuticals in professional and consumer marketing. He spent more than 20 years at large Advertising Agency’s including Saatchi and Saatchi New York, Corbett Healthcare in Chicago and as CEO of McCann Erickson’s global healthcare network. He has run Northstream Global Partners for the last 10 years.
